This is when you must do the simple things. First change your alarm code. Second rekey all locks. If this employee was a masterkey holder, you must rekey every lock in the building. If it’s been a few years since you have done this, it is a very good practice in Securing your business to every once in a while just to keep keys from getting into the hands of people that have no business having access to certain parts of your business.
